Could not connect to Klei's servers/0 of 0 Shown in server list

A problem appeared about a few weeks ago.

1. When opening DST, despite having stable internet and steam connection I can't connect to Klei servers (client_log.txt). Same thing happens if i use proxy or vpn. 3.png.2be7ceefb4df93b973aecb37d414cfea.png

2. Sometimes (randomly, once in about 10 game opens) the game loads, but there is 0/0 servers shown in server list.

And I can't see the item collection

(client_log12.txt is log when this happens)

The problem resolves itself once in a few days and I can play the game during that time normally, but it happens spontaneously and the next day the problem appears again.

Tried reinstallation and everything here https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029880991-Can-t-Connect-To-Klei-Online-Servers-and-DST-Account-Creation-Errors and here https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/669A-2F68-D1D1-A5EC. No result.

I am located in russia

How can I fix this problem?

такая же фигня чувак, ты тоже с юга россии? в основном это у игроков около кавказа. Всё в точности как у тебя, скорее всего это провайдеры виноваты и ркн

Да, с кавказа. Я вычислил, что это билайн (или возможно мегафон, не уверен какой у меня роутер) блокирует сайт Клеев, через который и идёт подключение к серверам. С мобильного мтс всё открывается

тоже эта фигня началась. сначала через раз выскакивала, но потом заходила. теперь совсем в игру не зайти. нет доступа к серверам klei. и судя по ответам им на это насрать
