connection issues

There's a lot of problems on the game since one of the last updates. 
Before, were possible for me and my friends to host a server with almost 6 players. After an uptade before QoL, we cannot host for more than 3 players and we can't find the reason. Don't Starve is the only game that i have this issue. I have other games much heavier in terms of connection that don't cause me five per cent of stress that DST cause me. 
Please, if possible, send me some kind of help of guide. 
i've tried to change my DNS by google public DNS and got no solutions.
