Combriner items become invisible in the world

I have no idea what causes this issue because there's no mods I use that alter existing items, but all the items created by Combriner are invisible.

I would like to mention that it worked fine after I placed it, but then I demolisjhed it and built it again, that's when the items started disappearing.
