Issue Description
When using the Clean Sweeper, I’m able to change the skins of Boats both while they are still in my inventory and when they are dropped on the ground, before placing them on water.
However, after placing a Boat on water, it becomes impossible to change its skin with the Clean Sweeper.
The strange part is that I can still change the skin of the Boat Plank, which is part of the Boat itself and not a separately crafted structure. This suggests the limitation is specific to the Boat entity, not to all attached structures.
Other attachable structures, such as Sails, Anchors, Masts, and Steering Wheels, can all have their skins changed normally with the Clean Sweeper after being attached to the Boat.
So it seems inconsistent that the main Boat can’t be reskinned, while every other connected part can.
Why this might be an issue
For players who already have multiple Boats placed in large bases or harbors, this limitation means that to apply a newly purchased Boat skin, they would need to destroy and rebuild every single Boat, which is highly impractical and wasteful.
Expected Behavior
It should be possible to use the Clean Sweeper to change the Boat’s skin even after it’s placed on water, just like with the Plank and other attached structures.
1. Craft a regular Boat.
2. (Optional) Use the Clean Sweeper to change the Boat’s skin while it’s still dropped on the ground, it works normally.
3. Place the Boat on water.
4. Attempt to use the Clean Sweeper on the Boat to change its skin.
5. Observe that the Boat’s skin cannot be changed.
6. (For comparison) Use the Clean Sweeper on the Boat Plank, Sails, Masts, or Anchors attached to the same Boat, all of these can be changed successfully.
