Charged volt goats can directly damage the player when riding a beefalo, despite wearing insulation (eyebrella).

I was riding my beefalo while wearing an eyebrella. I did not expect to receive direct damage from the charged volt goat, especially while wearing insulation. 

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. While riding a beefalo, get attacked by a charged volt goat. 

2. The rider will receive damage, even when wearing electrical insulation.
