Charged Volt Goat is not immune to electric fences field (tingle nodes)

Something has changed, I believe due to WX not being immune to tingle nodes anymore (which I think it was intentional?), and now a charged volt goat is also not immune from tingle nodes and constantly gets shocked. (they still are immune from getting shocked by other electric sources)

I think either the fence electric field is missing IsEntityElectricImmune or the lightninggoat is missing a check to prevent it from going back into the shocked state when it's already charged.
