Celestial Scion repeated game crash during defeat scene (console, PS4 & PS5)

One of the most frustrating gaming moments of my life. Took me hours to get through Celestial Revenant, Warbot and Celestial Scion as Woodie/Weremoose. When I finally made it, the game crashed during the defeat scene and logging back in just brought me back to the boss, still alive and kicking. Tried again on PS4 version and then on PS5 with the same result. The moment of the crash was identical on PS4, slightly earlier on PS5 (see screenshots).

It's an old world from well before the Hostile Takeover update. Error Code: CE-108255-1.

Any ideas how to fix this without starting a new world would be really appreciated!
