Celestial Champion did not drop Crown and altars back

We went and killed the celestial champion in order to get the enlighted crown but problem is he only dropped an enlighted shard, the altars never came back up and of course the enlighted crown never dropped. We tried to search if any change happened to the boss drops etc but we could not find anything.

We dunno what to do now. I suppose we wont be able to resummon it also without the altars.

We also rolled back just in case of any issue but again same thing happened. And we being playing 1376 days in the game. We started the fight on 1374 day and we rolled back to that day before try again without result.

Update: we did mine it and did not drop but on the third reroll it worked. I think maybe it bugged cause of a internet failure during fight. All good!
