Cave exit issue

The stairs vanished from the cave's map, therefore I cannot exit from the underground.
I was able to enter the caves, but when I get close to the stairs (I can see them in the map), they vanish (both from the map and the game).
Anyone else with this issue? Solutions?

Steps to Reproduce

I was looking for bulbs, so i entered the underground, then, when it was time to exit, stairs started to disappear from map as long as I was near to them.

Yeah i have the same issue too, apparently its only bugged in older worlds. I tested it out by generating a new one and entering the caves and there was no problem there. Not only do the stairs disappear but the surrounding stuff too, such as lichen, mushtrees and even bunny hutches.

I really hope they fix this, its kinda game breaking right now
