I'm not really sure what caused this but it did happen after the update (though I was able to navigate the caves back and forth a few times before this happened).
When I enter my usual sinkhole, instead of taking me to the regular exit/entrance inside the caves, it takes me to the screenshot below:
Needless to say I die instantly! None of this stuff was here prior, It's insane lol, the game lags a ton when this happens and when checking the map, there's two exits for the same sinkhole, I haven't tried this with other ones yet. Only mods I have are info mods, nothing that changes the game itself.

Not sure, sadly. I went back and forth between the caves before this happened, and before this as well, I also had to force close the server after it froze while launching, which I see other people are reporting. Possibly related, but this outcome is so out of left field regardless I did think it was worth reporting.
