Cargo Hold is currently immune to the Powder Monkeys stealing ability, but not immune to Marotters. (Slurtles or Splumonkeys)
It is also missing its own page in the scrapbook.
Steps to Reproduce
Build archaic boat
Examine cargo hold
No scrapbook entry unlocked
Fill cargo hold with meat
Marotters will steal from the cargo hold
