I am playing as wormwood and I'm trying to grow the plant that are in the ground however I can't fertilize or water them. I believe this is either a over site or a bug since wormwood's purpose is suppose to be farming and being plant friends.
Steps to Reproduce
Use wormwood then acquire any manure or a watering can. Then hover over plant and no option will show up.
