Can't start a server with caves on. "[Shard] Connection to master failed. Waiting to reconnect..."

I've been told to make this post here, so here I am.

I tried every suggestion as to how to fix this problem I could find on the internet (made an exception in firewall, antivirus, I tried on 32bit version, reinstalling, verifying game files, I even made dontstarve_steam_x64.exe and dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer_x64.exe always launch as administrator - nothing works, and so I'm asking personally). I compared my server logs with server logs provided by my friend (his game works) and the only difference I can see between them is that in my Caves/server_log.txt shard fails to connect with master.

I'm linking a video of my problem, and all the relevant files, screenshots of the exceptions in every security program that I have and exceptions in firewall (so maybe if I screwed something up there You could point that out).
