Can't Scan Built Pilllars

Once a pillar is filled with rocks, it becomes unscannable by Winona's calibrated perciever. However you can scan the unbuilt pillar just fine.

Steps to Reproduce

Get a calibrated perciever

Try to scan a finished pillar

Won't get the prompt
