Can't receive reward from newsletter subscription

Like the title says, when I try to claim my reward from https://accounts.klei.com/account/rewards it loads but I don't get the 850 coins added to my account.

I disabled all my adblockers. I use Google Chrome.

Any help? :(

Steps to Reproduce

I logged in with my Steam account at accounts.klei.com

Went to https://accounts.klei.com/account/rewards

Then I simply click the claim reward button and it loads, but then nothing happens.

Okay! For those who are still struggling, I just tried to claim my newsletter reward today, and it worked! Thus, I encourage those of you to try again! I guess we just wait until Klei Entertainment comes up with more ways to earn Balance Points!
