cant receive daily or weekly gift or access my item collection in the game

its been almost a week that I dont receive any gift item. also cant open my item collection in the game. when I choose yes in the second picture it gives me a long 3rd picture and then again the error in the second picture.

Steps to Reproduce

I open the game and I get the first image i sent. no gift in days.
