cant open the server

I cant open my server, and it is not due to window's security apps.

And also when I tried to enter cave, my character had the items that was days before and the item that the character had right before going into cave was gone.
I came back to my base and checked whether the items appeared(from the days before) are still in my chest, and they were, so basically it was doubled.
I rolled back for 2 days? and now the server is not opening
