After going through a worm hole, my character started sliding towards one direction. I totally lost control and I wasn't able to interact with anything (couldn't eat or switch to different weapons or tool). Also, there was no walking animation, which definitely made it seem like a bug. At the moment, the only solution is leaving back to the main menu and re-opening the world.
Steps to Reproduce
All I did was enter through a wormhole, I was playing as Wilson and wasn't holding anything in my hand, but had a backpack on.
