Cant join Klei server catcoon den with 7/8 slot

I cant join Catcoon server for some reasons, eventhough server still has one slot. My friend also tried it too, so it is not my game problem.

Steps to Reproduce

Join catcoon server

server said it is full eventhough it only has 7 players
