Can`t host server (dedicated server failed to start don't starve together)

I've already apllied all solutions posted on the oficial klei forum and i can`t make it work.

Steps to Reproduce

Open game
Host Game
Choose World
Resume World/Generate New World
Dedicated server failed to start don't starve together

Could you upload your server_log.txt file?

~~This might be a unicode issue with program arguments handling.~~

Please check out my comment on this other bug report of a similar issue and let me know if this resolves the issue you are experiencing.
