On steam, but playing with an Xbox controller. After opening the scrapbook, the d pad stops being able to fast equip tools. Pausing the game to sort my inventory (With RT) still works in equipping items but I otherwise have to close and restart my server to get the feature operable again.
Steps to Reproduce
Use an Xbox controller on Steam version.
Open scrapbook.
You won't be able to use the dpad to equip tools
