Can't create new worlds with caves

Whenever I try to start a new world with caves on, I get the message:

"Dedicated server failed to start. There was some sort of trouble starting the server, please try again"

I've never had problems creating worlds with caves before.

I've tried reinstalling, deleting all DST related folders, deleting and unsubscribing from all client and server mods, but nothing works. Also tried creating a dedicated server with the tutorial from 2016 literally nothing works.

Worlds without caves can still be created, and unfortunately I don't have any existing worlds with caves to try to get in, so for now my issue is only creating a new one.

I've also seen a few people having this issue but their threads don't help me, so I'm creating this new one.

Update on the issue, now the same error ("Dedicated server failed to start. There was some sort of trouble starting the server, please try again") shows even when I try to play in my existing games, even those without caves! I can only play the game by creating a new world without caves everytime, which is very annoying.

I would really like to get a solution for this!
