Cannot save world, Stuck in loading screen when exiting.

When exiting game. I am stuck in the load screen indefinitely. The Xbox one did not freeze. 
I am able force to close the game, reopen it, but I have no saves.

I have factory reset my Xbox. Attempted changing install location to an external. 

Let the load screen sit over night multiple times.
This has been going on for over a week.
I am unable to find any similar problems/solutions online.

Please help, as I enjoy this game very much. Thank you and best regards, 

Steps to Reproduce

Open game
Start new world

Exit world

Stuck in load screen.

Repeated many times.

amount of days in game does not matter

I am having the same exact issue on Xbox one. I haven’t been able to save a game for over a week. It didn’t save any of my save files, it constantly thinks I’m starting the game for the first times and queues EULA agreement. Tried re-installing game and the same issue occurs.
