Cannot revive at portal on endless

This is a modded game online so I don't know if you can help me. Hopefully you can because I like playing with these guys.  I have played successfully for 137 days - dying and reviving at the gate. This morning I died and revived and was immediately killed by a bright alien plant. When I tried to revive it would not allow me. The other players tried amulets. I could not get a heart because my pockets and backpack was full.  I also cannot use wormholes or caves. 

I hope you can help me.

I think it's a mod bug, you should ask the server's owner for server log.
your client log have 63k lines, so hard for me to find. (upload some screenshot/screen record?)
and btw, this server is using original myth mod(the one which posted on hall of shame), change it plz...
