Cannot enter the game

When I enter the game, I can see two bottons "Play!" and "Exit". However I cannot click on them. Nothing works in the menu. I cannot start to play and exit the game. I have removed all mods and reinstall the game, but it didn't help to me. Guys, who faced with this problem, help me please.

Last variant, I guess, that I was banned by Klei, but nowhere I cannot check it out (by mail, in the Profile of official Klei's forum)

The game doesn't crash, it works stable (it responds in task manager). No crash logs, no other information in the display - I just cannot click anything.

Problem has been solved by REMOVING ALL PARTS OF THE GAME FROM system (in Documents/Games/Klei), deleting in folder (Steamapps/Mods) mods and reinstalling the game. 

I don't know how to delete this post. If moderator will remove it, it's okay, but i hope, it will help other players.
