Cannot access my skin collection

"Unfortunately you failed to download your item collection, would you like to try again?" - is all I get when trying to open 'item collection' section. In game skins are not available too. Also, have no daily drops.

 Meanwhile my collection is displayed on Steam just fine. 

I have similar problem in Oxygen not included: there I can use my already obtained blueprints, but don't get new ones and have no access to my filaments (I posess 1400 now if checked on klei account page but ingame it shows 0 and I cannot unravel anything)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open game

2. See no skins available

3. Experience similar problem in another Klei's game (ONI)

I was able to resolve my problem by seetting my DNS IPv4 servers manually to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. My DNS had some overrides and I could not have propper connection to klei servers (or something like that...)
