Calibrated Perceiver can't scan some items

Calibrated Perceivers cannot scan purple gems (probably a conflict with Wilson's recipe) or placed walls.

Also, I don't know if it's intended but they also can't scan the conspicuous chest, ancient kilns, Pearl's beebox and / or Pearl's drying racks.

They can however scan all the ruins' furniture, the broken mast from the new boat boon and W.O.B.O.T which do not necesarily give the same recipes. (replicas, mast kit, W.I.N.Bot)
