c_announce() can't cancel the periodic message which set via c_announce("msg",10)

So when using the periodic message feature from c_announce("msg",interval).

It can't be canceled via issuing command c_announce() which supposed to be able to cancel it?

Steps to Reproduce

Issue c_announce("test",10) in dedicate server or in-game server.

Then try to cancel it via c_announce()

The periodic message still going, can't be stopped.
