Bumpers falling off when using boat rudder.

Sometimes when using the rudder to rotate my boat, the bumpers stop moving along with it and just stay in place. The detached bumpers can be hammered or rowed into to make them stick to the boat again like boat fragments, but I don't think they protect the ship anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

It's pretty inconsistent as to when it happens, all I know is that it's caused by rotating the boat. I tested it a bit by keeping my boat spinning and eventually all bumpers detached.

Possibly related: boats can "steal" walls, fences, gates and possibly other structures placed close to the edges of the land/other boats. I had accidentally stolen a wall from one of my builds (it just attached to the boat that touched it) and I once had an ice boat spawned by Frostjaw "steal" a lightning rod from the edge of my wooden boat that was parked nearby. The ice boat then broke and the lighting rod materials sunk which made me lose it entirely.

I lost all my crab king bumpers because of this :(
