Bumpers can fly off the boat and get crammed on one side when using a boat rudder

If you operate a boat equipped with bumpers and rotate it using a boat rudder, the bumpers can get messed up without being destroyed. It often happens when the boat is touching something with the edges of the bumpers, and apparently even having lots of treasure chests on a boat can trigger it.

Here's a screenshot of my friend losing/having misplaced crab king bumpers after a long treasure hunt session. He did not even bump into anything, the bumper just flew out of the boat as he was rowing.

The worst thing is that bumpers that got misplaced or detached cannot be fixed, they don't "drop" as pickable items. They stay stuck in water like that and can latch onto another boat (in wrong way as well) if you sail over it. The only way to fix it is to hammer the bumper but it doesn't return it as an item either, just breaks it. With shell bumpers it's fine since you can use the shells it dropped to make a new bumper. But crab king bumper breaks into rocks even if it was at 150 health prior to hammering, and is lost forever. I ended up losing an entire set of CK bumpers after that one treasure hunt trip, and not because they took damage but just because they all got messed up like this.

If the bug with accidental detaching/misplacement is not possible to fix then maybe a solution where we could "detach" bumpers from boats as items and place them back while maintaining their health/percentage would be nice.

Steps to Reproduce

Equip a boat with 8 bumpers and a rudder kit. I saw it happen with shell and CK bumpers but the issue could be present with kelp bumpers as well. Use the boat and rotate it a bunch, try making it so the boat is touching (but not actively ramming into) something, like a dock, or a shore edge, or a sea stack.

Alternatively, fill the boat with many treasure chests so some of them visually touch bumpers, and row/rotate the boat a bunch of times.

I have experienced it with a regular wooden boat and with the archive boat, but the issue might be present on the grass raft and marotter boats as well.
