Both Shell Bumpers and Kelp Bumpers visually break when you repair them. (turned off all my mods)
Steps to Reproduce
Meet the land's edge with your boat covered in bumpers and repair them to see that bumpers don't want to be in this world.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
