If you craft but do not place down Winona's Catapult and then take the portability skill, it no longer let's you place down the catapult and consumes the resources.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Craft but do not place down a Winona buildable (Example: Her catapult)
2. Take the portability skill in Winona's skilltree
