Bug with Inimical Gestalts not despawning in arena.

The bug has been fixed for other situations, but in the arena they do not disappear during periods when enlightenment is not in effect. When the character dies to the Scion wearing the crown with the jewels, they prevent the player (after resurrecting) from picking up the items left at the place of death.
