Bug when entering Caves and lost my progress

I started my session at 6pm (13-01-2025), day 132 on summer season, there is a cave hole near my base and when you enter it you'll be placed near a bunny village with some bulbs. It is now 10pm (13-01-2025) and spring season in game and I decided to enter the caves to pick some bulbs (i did not enter the caves through all of summer), as i can recall I had these following items in my inventory before i entered:

10 Planks, flint, straw, sticks, ham bat, dragon fruit pie, 0% lantern, walking cane, 28 wood, 8% miner hat.

As i entered this particular cave near my base again, I have been transported to the florid postern instead of the usual location near a bunny village and my inventory items have been changed also, I had the following items this time:

flint, 2x Marble Armor, 100% lantern, 100%miner hat, walking cane, dragon fruit, hambat, and a thermal stone.

When I exited the game, I was transported immediately to the Alchemy Engine in my base with all changed items I got from the cave. To verify the bug, i left the thermal stone in the base and entered the caves again. Then again, i was transported to the same florid postern with the same changed items and the thermal stone appeared again in my inventory.

I tried restarting my server hoping it can fix the issues, but then im back to day 132 on summer season, and I lost all the progress I made today which is a real bummer.

I had the following mods installed:

Client mods - Minimap HUD, Combined Status, Geometric Placement

Server Mods - Display food values, Epic Healthbar, Global Positions, Smart Minisign, Show Me (Origin)
