Following an unexpected game crash during gameplay, all my purchased character skins(including Belongings ,Beards,Beefalo, Emotes ,Emoticons,Portrait Frames, Profile Icons ,Vignettes) and premium DLC characters (e.g., Wortox, Wanda) were automatically and inexplicably converted into Spools.
Despite successfully performing an official paid-content rollback operation via Klei Account Restoration Tool (accessible at [accounts.klei.com]), the affected skins and characters remain persistently inaccessible in my in-game inventory. The rollback process completed without system errors, and transaction history confirms the restoration, yet the items fail to reappear upon relaunching the game.
Following the unsuccessful account rollback, I performed a complete game uninstall and reinstallation (including deletion of Klei/DoNotStarveTogether local data folders) as a troubleshooting measure. Regrettably, this extensive remediation effort proved entirely futile – the restored paid content remains missing upon reloading the game client.
