The new streaming drop, the Arcane Crystalarium, is not available for me, even though my watching-hour is much more than 6. Instead, I got 2 Arcane Crystalarium Icons and 1 Arcane Crystalarium Portrait. I watched the game on Bilibili at first and got the first icon, and then did it on Twitch and got the second icon and the frame. Since I got 3 drops already, the system believes I got all of them, but the reality is I got double icons and one frame but with no curio.
It is easy to debug: The system should check if a player got the same drop before sending this drop.
If it is possible, I still want the Arcane Crystalarium curio.
1. Watch the game at one website for 30minutes;
2. Do the same thing at another website for more than 6 hours;
3. You will recognize that you get no curio but one more icon instead.
