[BUG] Control Menu Prev/Next Value is not saving

When changing the keyboard key to "scroll up menu" and "scroll down menu", and click "apply", the change remains in the settings, but the switch does not work in the game, it keeps working in the default "," and ".'" even being changed.

A lot of people are having difficulties with the new craft UI, and I think this shortcut can make the quickbar a lot easier.

I reported this bug in July and so far it has not been fixed

Steps to Reproduce

Esc > Settings > Controls

Change "Menu Prev Value" and "Menu Next Value".

Click "Apply".

Press new key changed

Not works.

The default keys for comma and period are for the crafting pins and have their controls for the following could you verify that you are changing the correct key bind for what you are trying to do?

Jesse and devs, a thousand pardons, it was a mistake totally mine in the configuration of keys.
