Brightshade has "retaliates" tag when hit

actually i discovered it when im making a mod to make player avoiding to target brightshade when it has "retaliates" tag, but found it also avoids the attack when brightshade goto hit state. and i checkout the debug info found this issue. So, it could also decrease the bernie's dps when fighting against brightshade.
