Boulderbough does not regrow inside retrofitted Fumarole Biome

Boulderbough does not regrow inside retrofitted Fumarole Biome.

I have set the regrow to very fast and few hundred days passed. Still not a single Boulderbough regrows.

Another issue about retrofitted Fumarole Biome that I have reported before:

The Great Depths Worm does not spawn inside this biome. I have heard the warning and earthquake but it does not spawn.
