Boat bumpers come loose while sailing, and stay in place on the water

As seen in the screenshot, sometimes the boat bumpers just "come off" and stay in place on the water.
They can also be swooped back up and stick to the boat, in a completely wrong position.

Steps to Reproduce

This bug is not consistent, the only thing you can do to try and reprodcue it, is simply craft a boat, pack it with bumpers, and sail around untill one of the bumpers comes loose.

Possibly this can occur more likely when rotating the boat, steering a lot, and colliding into many objects.
