Black Screen when running 64 bit executable

Game is stuck on the black screen endlessly when launching game trough 64 bit steam executable.

Game runs normally on 32 bit executable.

I deleted all mods and unsubscribed from them, I also reinstalled VC with no luck.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the game trough Steam

2. Watch the endless black screen

I fixed the issue by reverting to older graphics drivers. There seems to be issue with AMD 24.12.1 drivers.

FWIW I was not able to reproduce this issue upgrading to 24.12.1 on a W7800 Professional with a driver only install.
