Black Screen "Framebuffer not complete" when launch

When I launch the game, both of the monitor turns off and on and the game blacks out. You can still interact the main menu and also hear music but the screen is black. I guess you can challenge yourself playing the game blind. I did everything like re-installing the game, checking the GPU drivers up-to date, unsubscribing the mod workshop and removing mods, running as administrator, setting priority all the way high, and checking the networking. This problem is going on since April 1 of this year right after the update. It wont let me send the log so I'll just paste it here:
