I was preparing for the Fuelweaver fight by taking items over to the Ruins Atrium, so I dropped a Lazy Explorer into the Big Slimy Pit, expecting it to be retrievable on the other side. When I had come out the other side and landed in the Ruins Atrium, the Lazy Explorer was nowhere to be found. It had just disappeared. When I had to leave the Ruins Atrium and the Big Tentacle had come back, I found that from a certain Point-of-View, I could see the Lazy Explorer. It was unreachable even with a Lazy Forager, and I was unsuccessful in trying to reproduce it with other items, even in the same direction as I had previously sent the Lazy Explorer. Hutch also spawns exactly in the center of the Big Slimy Pit whenever you travel through one, making him inaccessible right after you leave any Big Slimy Pit (I also think this is a problem), so it was like if the Lazy Explorer spawned where Hutch would normally spawn. The only idea I have right now for retrieving the Lazy Explorer would be if I died and became a Ghost, and was able to push it out of the inaccessible area. The only server mods I have enabled on this world are Don't Starve Alone and Epic Healthbar. There might be something wrong with the save. There's another bug in the same world I'm going to have to report which I can't right now because I don't have the screenshot, and it involves an inaccessible moleworm burrow.
I'm going to be honest, I have no idea how to reproduce this. I've now tried it in a test world (killed a Big Tentacle, sent multiple items through including multiple Lazy Explorers, and I cannot replicate it. They all come out able to be picked up. I've sent items through Big Slimy Pits in regular playthroughs and never had a problem. I even worried this time that it might somehow get stuck and it somehow did.
1. Send a Lazy Explorer through the Big Slimy Pit that leads to Ruins Atrium.
