when cycling trough a dug up berry bush skins with the clean sweeper while is on the ground it goes invisible when it returns to its default skin, it re-appears if you relog or when picked up with the space bar

dig up a berry bush and use a clean sweeper to change skins until default
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
