The game's version of the Bellisa Plumilla font has full support for letters with accent used in Central Europe.
The only exception is the letter "ť" (187) which is being displayed without the "hook" as a normal "t" (84).
This is a screenshot from the font.tex file. As you can see the character "t" is there duplicated and used for both of those.
Therefore I am sure that the second one was meant to have the "hook" and correctly represent it's character.
Here is the fixed version where you can take at least some inspiration from.

Try to display the "ť" character in the game's chat for example (or just any other text widget using the Belisa Plumilla font).
Notice that it displays as the basic "t" without the correct accent.
This can lead to confusion on what did the author actually meant.
