If lure plants are used to fight bee queen, eventually the lure plants will permanently stop respawning eyeplants. After they have stopped spawning eyeplants, there is no way to get the lure plant to spawn more eyeplants unless the server is shutdown and restarted. It doesn't matter if multiple lure plants are placed together or if only one lure plant is placed. After a certain number of eyeplants killed, the lure plant will permanently stop spawning them.

Put some lure plants around bee queen and kite her through the eyeplant fields as wormwood. The lure plants should spawn eyeplants till around stage 3. After this point, the bees kill them very quickly and the lure plants will no longer respawn eyeplants unless they are replanted or the server is shutdown.
