We've been playing on a world together and have both been to the caves together and separately, however around day 41 my friend couldn't enter the caves, and was given a bad password error. From then on it would keep giving that error anytime he tried to re-join. The world is hosted by me, not a dedicated server, and it's a local save. We had to do a rollback to test what the issue was, and have tried all of these so far:
- Trying to set a password
- Disabling all our mods and then trying disabling all the server mods (there was another occasion on a separate instance where the server didn't let them join the caves with bad password, but disabling a specific server mod and retrying fixed that)
- Allowing DST to run on public and private servers through the firewall (All three DSTs that show up in the options there including the Dedicated Server related one)
- Validating the integrity of all our files
There aren't many posts for bugs about this, even less that are recent, any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the client and server mods, we both use the same client mods.
Host a server with the following mods, and have someone else join the server with the same mods, may need to try over a period of time as it was working for most of the playthrough, though the time at which it breaks may be arbitrary
