Attacking dosen't work.

I cannot swing my weapons. no matter what i do, if i click on my enemies, or if i force attack it does work, but if i use the default key "F" (on pc) It dosen't work, even if i rebind it to something else, it still dosen't work, it makes combat impossible.

Steps to Reproduce

Honestly, it's always been here, since i've started playing the game, i never could've swinged.

Try holding the attack key, sometimes pressing it once doesn't work. Or could it be a mod issue?

Holding it still dosen't work, and even when i dezactivated all mods, and verified my game files, it still dosen't work, EDIT: also, i should mention, i'm playing multiplayer with a friend of mine, for him it works, but for me it dosen't, even when i play single player, it still dosen't work.
