Attack button doesn't work

Neither the attack button, or the force attack ctrl prompt work for me. I've tried changing my settings, reloading, setting to default. I checked and it carries over to multiple PCs. No one else in the world has this problem, just me. The attack button does work on controller, but M/K is what I prefer.
