Worlds can uncommonly generate without a tentacle pillar leading to the atrium since there is no checks in place for when a world has less than 12 tentacle pillars (6 pairs). This can lead to the atrium being unable to be accessed without voidwalking (pbuh) or hoping to find a spot close enough to another part of the caves that lets you teleport.
Steps to Reproduce
1. generate a world with less than 12 tentacle pillars (example: 1847104443 on all default settings)
2. cannot access the atrium by intended means
